“I have no qualms reaching out to any acquaintances I have and describe what I’m looking for and that’s my favorite way to find matches because you have a personal reference.”
Information is shared with both halves of a potential match, and if there’s mutual interest the date is arranged. After each introduction, both people can provide feedback.

Pricing isn’t disclosed on the website, but according to interviews Parnes has given, packages start around $3,600 and can go over $7,500. Pricing depends on the length of your contract, your search requirements, and other factors.
For example, a young professional under 35 might pay $3,600 for a 6-month membership, or $6,500 for a year-long one. Clients who are over 35 might see prices closer to $4,500 for 6 months or $7,500 for a year.

According to an interview, Parnes said she doesn’t charge her clients until the first date is arranged. As she explained,
“I don’t start charging for memberships until I arrange a first date… I try to arrange a date every four to six weeks for clients, and I guarantee my best efforts.”
