Michal Naisteter started her career as a professional matchmaker in 2017 when she applied for a job at Three Day Rule, Talia Goldstein’s national service.

Naisteter also co-hosts “The Yentas,” which is a podcast featuring fellow Jewish matchmakers Aleeza Ben Shalom and Danielle Selber. The three discuss various aspects of dating and relationships, and offer up plenty of dating and relationship advice.

Central to her matchmaking philosophy is the idea that success ultimately rests with the client and having the right mindset. As she explained,
